If you have zero flying experience, the Basic Drone Pilot Course at AirNova AeroSpace is the perfect starting point. Over 5 days, you will learn fundamental flight controls, pre-flight safety checks, airspace awareness, and basic navigation — all in a structured, supportive environment at our Ahmedabad facility.

You don't need any prior technical background. Our curriculum is designed to take complete novices from ground zero to confident, safe pilots. Once you complete the basic course, you can seamlessly progress to our Advanced Drone Operations or Professional Certification programmes to expand your skills and career prospects.

Modern drones are far more accessible than they were a decade ago, thanks to GPS stabilisation, automated flight modes, and intelligent obstacle-avoidance systems. Most beginners can achieve stable, controlled flight within the first day of hands-on practice under proper instruction.

In India, drone operations are governed by the Drone Rules 2021 issued by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, and supervised by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). All drones above 250 g must be registered on the Digital Sky Platform, and commercial pilots operating medium or large drones require a valid Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC).
